Bread and Butter Media is helping the City of Greater Dandenong shine a light on Springvale’s food culture by developing a new discovery tour.
Called Off the Menu, the new walking tour gives adventurous eaters the chance to try south-east Asian delicacies you’ll NEVER find on the English menu (yes, that means offal).
Springvale’s cultural ambassador Karl Lim collaborated with our team to create the new tour, celebrating the melting pot of cultures in the south-east Melbourne suburb.
Off the Menu featured on Nine News Melbourne when Allan Raskall joined the maiden tour, discovering traditional food from Vietnam, Cambodia and more.
